What we collect
We collect only what we need to do business with you and to keep this site running. That falls into three buckets:
- Information you give us — name, email, phone, company, and anything else you type into a contact form or send us in an email.
- Information we collect automatically — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar request metadata, used to keep the site secure and to understand which content is useful.
- Information from third parties — limited public information when you log in via a third-party service we may use for scheduling (e.g. a calendar booking tool).
How we use it
To do exactly what you'd expect, and nothing else:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up about a potential project.
- Deliver services you've engaged us for, including invoicing and project communication.
- Improve the site — fix bugs, understand what visitors find useful, keep the lights on.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. We do not build a profile of you to retarget you with ads elsewhere on the web.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-functional cookies (e.g. to remember your theme preference) and basic analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser and the site will continue to work.
How we share
We share information only when one of the following is true:
- With service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email, payments, accounting) under written confidentiality terms.
- With your explicit consent, e.g. when you ask us to introduce you to another company.
- When required by law, court order, or to protect Appify's rights or the safety of others.
Retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@appify.co.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (in particular, the EU, UK, and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@appify.co and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll do our best to give clear notice before the change takes effect.
