Our Story
We started Appify because we wanted to build differently.
Most consulting shops optimize for utilization. We optimize for outcomes. After years inside larger agencies and in-house teams shipping for startups, Fortune 100s, and growing small businesses, we saw the same pattern: too many cooks, too little ownership, too much process between an idea and a customer touching it.
Appify is our answer. A small senior bench, paired with founders and platform teams who are clear about what they’re trying to build. We take fewer projects. We get further with each one. And we measure ourselves on what changes for your customers — not on hours invoiced or decks delivered.
