Insight
TicketFire had amassed 70k+ users within their ticket-digitizing app, but the team needed to modernize the experience to keep up with fast-scaling operations. The app needed to pivot more toward the user — organizing key features and making room for future ideas.

Idea
By strategizing user personas, we created a holistic view of the interface that would best serve TicketFire's customer. That perspective was the catalyst for a new system with more usable screens and a scalable design system. We collaborated hands-on with executives, marketing, operations, and developers to perform discovery and test prototypes of the redesigned interface until completion.
